Charlie's Story
“As a kid, I was always sporty. I loved football and martial arts, but I was always small and skinny, so at 14, I got into the gym hoping it would stop be getting thrown around.
I built myself some muscle after trialling all sorts… 300 grams of protein/day, training everyday, shotting raw egg whites… you name it, I tried it.
But after falling in love with training as a young teenager… at 16, I had a stroke that left me waiting for a heart operation (and under strict instruction not to train) for a year and a half.
I was incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by wonderful people who helped me motivate myself to look forward to the next chapter. I decided to learn as much as possible during my time off, so that when I was finally given the green light to exercise again after my operation, I progressed fast.
Within a year, at 18, I could squat 140kg, deadlift 180kg and bench over 100kg. This transformation had people asking me for help in the gym, and eventually, I was giving out free online coaching.
I had an idea to make this into a business, so that I could make this my life.
I knew that to grow my business, I needed to grow my knowledge.
I completed a level 3 PT qualification and invested what little money I had into education. I moved to Newcastle to study sports nutrition at University and started working as a personal trainer. I worked with coaches better than me, absorbed what I could and continued to invest in my vision.
After 2 and a half years on the gym floor, I’d built a reputation for getting results, and I moved fully online.
This gave me more time to help more men transform their physiques and mindsets.
Fast forward to today, I’ve helped over 300 men transform their lives - and I’m still loving it.”
